    All international shipments entering the US will be subjected to a new tariff duties based on a percentage on the total value of the parcel.

    We don't know how this new law will affect us and how can we find the best solution for it.

    For that reason, we will temporarily suspend the shipping until further notice.

  • How can I track my order?

    Every order is shipped with our goverment postal office "CORREOS". When your order is shipped you'll receive a notification with the tracking number and a link to follow every update.


    This package is carried by the government postal office service until it leaves Spain, after this, your government postal office takes care of the delivery in your country.

    We highly recommend using 17track to have more updates once the package leaves Spain, since the track information it's not as detailed as 17track.

  • What if I miss picking up my package?

    Specify that we're not accountable if the customer doesn't retrieve the package and they will need to pay for reshipment if it's returned.

    If the package doesn't come to your house it's probably that it will be held between 1-2 weeks in your nearest post office.
