Shipping policy

All the packages includes a tracking number. You can track and follow the status of your package at any moment. 

The company used for seding the packages is "CORREOS ESPAÑA". This company is responsible for processing the package until it reaches the selected destination country. Once there, the local company will be responsible for making the delivery.

✦ HOW LONG IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?✦

Once the order is placed and confirmed, it will take a maximum of two weeks to ship your order.

Shipping times are different depending on the country to which it is sent. Major factors such as national holidays, the internal organization of the post office of the recipient country or strikes can lead to delays. We kindly ask for patience.

Estimated shipping times are as follows:

• NATIONAL ORDERS (SPAIN): 1-2 weeks.
• EUROPE ORDERS: 2-4 weeks.
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 1 month and a half.

NOTE: We are not responsible for additional charges such as custom taxes once the package is on the destination country.

If the package is returned after some delivery attempts, we will get in touch with the customer and try to resend the item. The customer will be responsible for the costs. 

If more than 80 days have passed and you have not received your package, please contact me so I can process your incident.
